[blindipod] Re: Trying To Decide Which Player to Get

I have 2 mp3 players. An 80 gb Ipod Classic that I use for when I travel or
when I'm going to be gone from my pc for a while and a T 100 4gb Creative
Zenstone Just for the treadmill or daytrips etc. They both work well. I
haven't tried putting Rockbox on my Ipod yet. Maybe one day I'll be brave
enough to do so though. In any event, The Ipod I bought at the standard
price and I purchased the Zenstone from Creative's EBay store for I think
... $65. I can't recall the exact amount. I find the T 100 to be super basic
which is just perfect for why I want it and the Ipod, It works great for
when I need to carry around large amounts of files like audiobooks, movies
and mp3's and not have to worry about capacity or anything.

I second Anna's remarks about the Creative MuVo T100. It is
essentially a replacement for the Zen Stone with increased memory.
The controls are exactly the same as the 1GB Stone and is
screenless. There is the one addition of a bass boost button which is
a nice addition. The t100 comes in ither 2GB or 4GB models
I had a hard time finding it anywhere, even on the internet. I
finally purchased it at the Overstock.com auctions for $60 which is
$10 less than the price Creative lists on there website

Jeff
