Yes, That's the only problem. It does try to take over your system. But you
can say no to it and continue using WMP.

In case I end up getting an iPod Shuffle or something, one thing I was
thinking of doing was trying iTunes on my laptop along with the demo of
jTunes. Does iTunes take over your system, such as trying to be the
default player or anything like that?
