Hi Jose,
I assume you're not using J-Tunes. Plug in your iPod. iTunes should
focus on it. Tab to the edit field and type in the song name. Now
find the song name with your JAWS or mouse cursor. Left-click on the
name to select it. Press Delete. That should do it.
