Hi Barbara,
Call me old fashioned, but I wouldn't let it charge mid cycle often, because
you could deteriorate the battery. Remember you do get a good 15 hours out
of it.

I am using a Victor Reader Stream and wondered when charging, will I do any
harm by not letting the battery run down completely before recharging it? I
don't want to run out mid-book, but I don't want to cause any harm by
charging a half-full battery.
