HiChris

Clearly this is a difficulty specific to iTunes and not jaws which I will
try and help you with if I can and I am sure others on the list will also
assist.

Here's a suggestion.

1. Find a song in your iTunes library.

2. Copy it to the clipboard.

3. Now find your iPod in the source list.

4. Tab over to the item list pertaining to the iPod.

5. Press control+v to paste. Jaws should say "updating iPod, please wait".
You can also look with the jaws cursor to identify whether or not it is
actually updating if you prefer. You will find this status information near
the top of the screen below the menu bar.

Now is the song on the iPod? This is the simplest route of getting a song
onto the iPod so let's see if that works. That's about all I can think of
at the moment.
