Hi

OK, let's find out first whether the scripts are up and running as they
should be, then we can try and diagnose what the problems are and resolve
them.

So first of all, when itunes is running, please press the insert key with
the letter Q.  If jaws says "default settings are loaded", then the scripts
are not installed in the correct location.  If jaws is saying "iTunes
scripts version 2.6 scripts are loaded", then they are running so we would
need to know please what problems you are having.
