Hi Barbara,

How are you burning the files to CD? If you are using iTunes and its default settings, it is creating an audio CD that you can listen to with a regular stereo, not a collection of MP3 files. The easiest way to put MP3 files on a CD is with Windows Explorer, if you have software that supports creating data CDs. You can also use iTunes to do this if you need to; on the Burning tab, which is part of the same dialog as the Importing tab, you can choose what type of CD to make. There is a set of radio buttons with audio cD, MP3 CD, and data CD; choose MP3 CD. I've never tried this, but it should work.

Cheers,
Anna
