HI Janet,
The iPod doesn't play WMA, but iTunes will convert unsecure WMA files
to AAC automatically when loading them into the iPod. So I've been
told anyway; I don't have any WMA files, so haven't tried it myself.
As for RAX files, you can play them if you import them through
RealPlayer. However, if you import even one file using RealPlayer,
the playing order of the Shuffle is completely scrambled.
