FreeLists / blindipod / [blindipod] Ipod Video 60GB and Rockbox

Hi all,

I recently purchased the above off someone on the Rockbox forum as the screen 
is damaged.

The Ipod works fine otherwise and as I am totally blind I want to be able to 
take advantage of Rockbox and the voice files.

I have owned Archos units and Iriver units over the years and therefore I am 
familiar on how to load RB and get it talking on these units.

I think I'm doing something wrong though...

I've downloaded the english_reed.voice and tryed the latest Ipod Video release 
and Ipod Video 64mb releases.

The unit's not talking.

Am I correct that both these versions of RB will work and all I need do is.

1.  Download rockbox.

2.  Extract to the route of the unit so that.rockbox can be seen in the unit 
with it's sub-directories underneath.

3.  Download Rockbox fonts and extract these into the .rockbox directory.

4.  Download and extract theenglish_reed.voice into the langs folder.  chaning 
the filename to english.voice.

Am I missing anything out?
