Hello Martin,
No, upgrading from an older version of iTunes will carry your playlists
forward. The latest iTunes will read your old lists and then update them as
you save new changes to them.

Firstly, thanks to Anna. I've now found the download for Itunes 7.6
My question is.
If I download and install 7.6 do I lose my old playlists?
