Subject: [blindipod] Problem with the iTunes music store

Hi

Using iTunes 7, there is a problem with the music store. OK, I'll
re-phrase, there have always been problems with the music store, but
like most things in iTunes 6 we could get around them, with 7 it's all a
bit flaky.

Anyway, whatever you customise in the iTunes store view, for example if
you de-select the album from being displayed, when you quit iTunes and
re-start it and go back into the store, the view preference you selected
is not maintained. Even if I select the option relating to remembering
the view for each source, it is not retained.

This is a real problem because the limited functionality we did have for
purchasing tracks has now disappeared because it was imperative we had
the view set in a particular way.

Has anyone else noticed this?
