Andrew,

From what I understand from Brian and others, they both just say  "music." 
Btw, Brian finally solved the mystery of why I'm only getting the initial 
"music"  category at the very top of the list, with no second music section 
right below my iPod.  I have the Shuffle.  Since I succeeded at registering 
the Shuffle, I can paste songs from my iTunes library onto the shuffle by 
copying the song to my clipboard, arrowing down to where it says  "Sue's 
iPod"  and just pasting right there.  I don't get feedback from the grav key 
next to the number one, but JAWS 7 will announce when the update is 
complete.
