Hi Everyone,
I completed a cool little iPod 101 course from Apple and it is really easy
with Jaws unless one wants to have the course show him/her certain actions.
It is nice for beginners, as well as experts and is located on:

Give it a try you learn quite a bit about your iPod, iTunes and even file
formats.
