Hi Brian,

Thanks for the suggestion.  This is the setting I use, and it works 
well, except that on live albums, there is still the tiniest 
interruption; you can tell where one track ends and the next 
begins.  It's not a big deal, but I'd like it to sound continuous, as 
it would if I purchased the CD.
