OK I know what the problem is here.  
I think we'll have to do another build of the scripts and put them on the
web site.  For reasons which are not clear at the moment, those keystrokes
got deleted from the keyboard manager file.  I had this happen to me a few
months ago on another project and it's happened again.  I'll do my best to
get it done later today or certainly tomorrow.
