Hi Jessica,

Welcome to the list.

You're right that the Explore JAWS option isn't in version 5 of 
JAWS.  They had to add it when they moved the JAWS settings deeper 
into the folder structure of Windows.  I'm sure deleting all 
instances of itunes.jcf would work.

It's strange that first letter navigation and Insert-Page Down aren't 
working.  Those pretty much always work for me.  Is your screen 
resolution set to 600 by 800 and your colors set to 32-bit?  I'm not 
sure what else to suggest.  Good luck.
