Hi Steve,
A decent MP3 player would look at the ID3 tag, not the file name. if you
look at the ID3 information, you will find that the tracks are correctly
numbered. In fact, if you go into properties of each track, you can look at
the ID3 information, and rename the tracks accordingly.
Another way round this, is to go into the folder with Windows Explorer, hit
View, hit Arrange by, and select Track Number. All your files will then be
sorted by track, rather than file name.
There are loads of ways round this one.
All the best
Steve

Steve, one other comment, I just looked in my documents\mymusic at the file
names for the tracks within the album folders and did not see any track
numbers in the file names, so wonder how a decent mp3 player would sort by
correct title?
Thanks.
Steve

Hi Steve,
Why does it matter? If you have a decent MP3 player, it will sort them into
track order anyway.
All the best

First of all, I want to thank Brian for the excellent tutorial on Napser.
I was wondering if there is any way to tell Napster to download albums in
track order instead of alphabetically?
Thanks.

Subject: [blindipod] good talking pedometer
Hello List,
IN the past I?ve purchased talking pedometors from ILA and Maxi Aides, but
over all I haven?t been impressed. They either seem to give out right away
or aren?t close to being accurate in measuring steps or distance etc. I was
wondering if any here could recommend a decent pedometor. I?m not looking
for something with pin point accuracy, but just something that is half
decent and won?t die 2 weeks after I buy it. What about the Oragon
scientific talking pedometer? It?s close to $30, but is it a good product?
Thanks,
Cristobal
