HI Cristobal,

What you are describing isn't typical behavior; normally you can fast forward and rewind fine in MP3 files on an iPod. What sort of iPod are you using? How are you transferring content to it? Are you using Rockbox?

Cheers,
Anna

Hello list,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make mp3 files on a Ipod behave like the m4a files? What I mean is with the mp3 files, I can't fast forward or rewind. The track just starts all over from the beginning. That and I can't stop the track and restart at the same point.

Thanks,

Cristobal
