Hi, folks.

I wrote before with some serious issues relative to my not being able
to read iTunes screens properly with iTunes 7 and JFW 7.  I have
solved that problem, but still wonder about a couple of other things.
Here is one:

I notice that, when playing an episode of a podcast, iTunes returns to
the spot where I left the podcast after I have logged out of the
program and logged back in.  How do I get iTunes either (a) to start a
playback session from the beginning of the episode again, or (b)
rewind the episode to a point that I want to review.  iTunes Help says
I can skip backward and forward via CTRL+ALT+Arrow, but this doesn't
always work.  What is the keyboard shortcut that takes me back--either
all the way or a little way?
