I'll have to checdk in to that next time I do that.
I would think it should but I haven't uninstalled rockbox from an ipod
before.
will it be able to sinc libraries if those disappeared? Or will I need
ITunes for that?
Well not exactly sure what you mean here but I think you will need all
the original folders on the ipod and when you boot in to the apple
firmware it would probably create them again. And if you are going to
sinc your itunes library with your ipod you will need to use the apple
firmware and itunes.

I managed to get it working by installing the firmware and Yesw i did
hit reset after I followed the directions that said how to uninstall
rucibox but next tiem is therre a way with out using ITunes to do it? I
thought that command would reinstall the apple firmware but you might be
able to use Ipod updater. Thanks.

1 Does windows explorer recognise the ipod when it is plug in to your
computer?
2 Try doing a reset by holding down menu which is the top button closest
to the screen and select which is the centre button.
3 Does itunes recognise the ipod?
4 Did you delete any of the folders or files that came with the ipod
such as contacts, calendars and ipod_control. I think these are the
folders that come on the ipods.
Cheers Daniel

Hello. I managed to uninstall rockbox but now, according to a sighted
person, the ipod just shows the support site for apple. it won't boot
back in to ITunes and the music that was there. How can I fix this.
Thanks.
