[blindipod] installing rockbox ipod video

Hi everyone,
I downloaded all of the files, and I typed cmd, found the directory, and typed
\ipodpatcher.exe. It says what i can do, ipodpatcher --scan or ipod disc
action. I want to ipodpatcher --scan. Where do i type this command? Do i write
c:\rockbox\ipodpatcher.exe\ipodpatcher --scan
