1 Does windows explorer recognise the ipod when it is plug in to your
computer?
2 Try doing a reset by holding down menu which is the top button closest to
the screen and select which is the centre button.
3 Does itunes recognise the ipod?
4 Did you delete any of the folders or files that came with the ipod such as
contacts, calendars and ipod_control. I think these are the folders that come
on the ipods.

Hello. I managed to uninstall rockbox but now, according to a sighted person,
the ipod just shows the support site for apple. it won't boot back in to ITunes
and the music that was there. How can I fix this. Thanks.
