Hi Mark,

iPodpatcher isn't on your iPod; it should be somewhere on your PC. 
Before you installed Rockbox on your iPod for the first time, you had 
to use iPodpatcher to install the Rockbox bootloader on your iPod. 
Once that was installed, you could install the firmware itself by 
unzipping a daily build and extracting it to your iPod. If you no 
longer have it, you can go back to the manual you used for 
installation; it will include a link where you can download it.
