Hi, Tom,
I have a Zen Stone and unfortunately none of the formats you asked
about can be played on the player as they are. Remember, the Zen
Stone is only an audio player and only certain audio formats, namely
.wav, .mp3, .wma including drm, and Audible.com files. If you can
locate e-books in these formats thhen you can listen to them on the
zen stone. Audible.com books are on a subscription basis. If your
local NLS library is signed up with OverDrive books, then you can get
a free subscription to OverDrive books which you can download in .wma
drm format. Daisy books cannot be played on the zen stone. PDF or
other text-based e-books will need to be converted through
text-to-speech into an audio format like .mp3 and then you can listen
to them on the zen stone.
hope this helps,
Jeff

Hello everyone,
i am really enjoying my ZenStone however I would like to download
some e books instead of always using it for music.
Can a Daisy formatted book be downloaded to the ZenStone?
Can a P D F formatted book be downloaded to the ZenStone?
Will these type of formats be usable?
Are there any Web Sites I can try to download a e book.
Thanks for any suggestions.
From, Tom Blume
