Hi Ernest,
Rockbox works on the first generation iPod Nano, but not on more
recent versions. The first generation Nano has a plastic front and a
stainless steel back. The later ones have an aluminum case that is
rounded on the sides. Also, if yours can play videos, it's a later
model that can't play Rockbox.
