Hi,

Yes, the Olympus DS50 is very accessible - almost all options speak, and most of the rest provide beeps that can be used to navigate. there are also cheaper versions with less memory - the DS50 has 1 GB for $250, the DS40 has 512 MB for $200, and the DS30 has 256 MB for $150 (prices are approximate). If you buy them from Ferguson Enterprises (www.fergusonenterprises.com), you also get the manual in accessible format, other tutorial material in MP3, and the serial number in braille to make it easier to install the supporting software on your PC. This software isn't necessary, but it does add some nice features.
