Hi,
Olympus models are indeed great from the recording quality point of view,
I'm using the latest version myself. Although it is not accessible for blind
users, I guess once you make the initial settings with sighted help, you
should be good to go. You can always access or modify the content in the
player by connecting it to the computer. It is perfectly accessible with
Jaws.
