[blindipod] using itunes and regular mp3

I used to use an OTR site that uses itunes. I don't have an ipod
although I have another player. Now the files you get are supposed to be
mp3 but are 0 kb in size. This is a great OTR site
www.OTRPod.com
and the programs are in great sound. The person who runs it says they
are regular MP3 but they use itunes. Can I use it and get MP3 files
which he says are out there. It is a very popular site so you might
check it out. I want to use bookport to get the files so I can speed
them up. Thanks for any suggestions in this matter. Kurt
