Hi Sarah
Here is how to vary the speech rate.
1. Locate the folder containing the Voicebox files.
2. Locate the file entitled VoiceUtils.vbs.
3. Activate the context menu for this file name by pressing the context
menu key or Shift+F10.
4. Arrrow down to Edit and press Enter.
5. Use the Find feature in NotePad to locate the line "SPKr.rate = 1."
6. Change the value of 1 to something higher, such as 5 or 10. You will
need to experiment depending upon your own preferences.
7. Save the file.
Now try running Voicebox again.
