Usually, if you don't find the IPOD tab on the Preferences, your IPod is not
being recognized by your computer.  Check all connections.

Hi all,

Let me start by wishing you all a very happy new year.

I still can't get the rebuild tool to work with my new Ipod shuffle!!

It would appear you go into the edit menue then prefrences then Ipod
properties.

I don't see Ipod properties, I am using the latest Itunes can some one help
I have anapod explorer but I had a crash and lost all that was on the hard
drive!!

So I don't have any Id for getting the program again all the best and hope
some one can help me.
