Subject: [blindipod] IRIVER, ROCKBOX - NAVIGATION AND BOOKMARKS

Hello Everyone

As I have already said on this list, I have recently loaded Rockbox on my
Iriver H320. I like it, but I have some questions.

I seem to have unpredictable results when I navigate through the tree of
artists and albums. When the Iriver software is loaded I have a foolproof
method of
navigation. While it is playing, I press the Navi button. Left twice to
move to the artists, Up or Down to another artist, Navi to select, Right and
Navi again.
Sometimes, with Rockbox, I land somewhere I did not expect and in the middle
of an album rather than at the beginning of the first album for an artist.
Are there
any tips or tricks? Is anyone else having the same problem?

Also, I am having trouble making the bookmarks work? There does not seem to
be a way of deleting unwanted bookmarks. Sometimes when I am trying to find

an album, I suddenly jump to a bookmark I did not mean to set in the first
place.

Please reply offlist if you feel this is too detailed for the list.

Pele West
