This area of the Rockbox site is a little to find - did you see this page
yet Gary?  It gives step by step instructions for locating and installing
the relevant files.  The only bit you'll need help with is activating the
'update firmware' option on the player itself.  The second link is the page
where you download the voice files.  Pick one and unzip it into the 'langs'
directory in the 'rockbox' folder when you've installed it in the root
directory:

Can Anyone can help me with the process of installing rockbox on my h340?
Having a little difficulties tracking the files down themselves and would
