YOu'll need a different program for burning the cd's. CDEX is only a ripper, 
it does not burn audio, but I think ITunes can do cd burning? or just use 
Nero to burn the cd.
So the answer to your question is yes, but you need 2 programs, CDEX to make 
mp3 files of your cd and Nero or ITunes or something similar to burn the 
audio cd. Anymore info, let me know.
