Yes Ryan you can certainly do that. Here is what you would do.
1. Unassign the alt+control+T keystroke which is assigned to a script
called
BuyTrack.
2. Instead assign the keystroke alt+control+T to the script entitled
Locate1.
That's it, you are all set.

OK, thanks for the information. That sounds simple enough. Let me ask
this. Once I have trained Jaws to the location of the nonstandard button,
in my case, the buy track button, can I then change the key stroke? Let's
say I train it with control+shift+1. Once I have retrained it to this key
stroke, can I then reassign the new location to the control+shift+t, which
was currently the non-working buy track command? I hope I am explaining
myself clear enough. Is this something that might be able to be done
using
the key board manager?

Here is the section.
Assigning Keystrokes to Non-Standard Controls
You will need the assistance of a sighted person to assist you in
training
the non-standard controls.
Let us assume you would like to train jaws as to the location of the
button
to expand/collapse Podcast episodes.
List of 10 items
. Press the "Library Key" to place focus on the "iTunes Library".
. Press "DOWN ARROW" to reach "Podcasts".
. "TAB" twice to reach the list of Podcasts.
. Use the "UP/DOWN ARROW" keys to focus upon a Podcast which has not been
expanded.
. Ask a sighted person to position the mouse pointer on the button
denoting
the expand/collapse state of a Podcast, denoted as a small grey triangle
to
the left of the Podcast name, usually at pixel position 176.
. When the mouse is positioned on the image, use any one of the five
"Control Training" keys, "CONTROL+SHIFT+1 THROUGH 5".
. The location will be permanently stored.
. A Dialogue Box will then appear, asking what you would like JAWS to say
when you press the corresponding "Control Locator Key". Type a short
phrase
into
the Edit Box and press "ENTER".
. The phrase you have chosen will be confirmed as being assigned to the
keystroke.
. Finally, to test your newly created keystroke, press the corresponding
"Control Locator" Key, "CONTROL+SHIFT+F1 THROUGH F5". So if you had
trained
the
position with "CONTROL+SHIFT+1", the corresponding "Locator Key" would be
"CONTROL+SHIFT+F1".
list end
This procedure can be applied to the "Get Now" button to obtain a Podcast
episode if necessary, the "Buy Track" Button in the Music Store, or
indeed
any
other graphical image you wish to activate. As you update to each new
release of the iTunes Accessible Interface, your keystrokes will be
stored
so there
is no need to re-assign them. This is assuming that you do not remove
the
file entitled "iTunes.ini" from your JAWS settings directory, since this
is
where the keystrokes and phrases are recorded.
