Yes Ryan you can certainly do that. Here is what you would do.
1. Unassign the alt+control+T keystroke which is assigned to a script called
BuyTrack.
2. Instead assign the keystroke alt+control+T to the script entitled
Locate1.
That's it, you are all set.

OK, thanks for the information. That sounds simple enough. Let me ask
this. Once I have trained Jaws to the location of the nonstandard button,
in my case, the buy track button, can I then change the key stroke? Let's
say I train it with control+shift+1. Once I have retrained it to this key
stroke, can I then reassign the new location to the control+shift+t, which
was currently the non-working buy track command? I hope I am explaining
myself clear enough. Is this something that might be able to be done using
the key board manager?
