Steve,
There is a lid that pulls of and you can then attach it to a USB port. I have
managed to get past that stage but on inserting the CD and accepting the
licence, I cannot insert the eleven-character serial number for the Ipod. I am
using JAWS 6.2. How do I get to where I can insert the serial number. The only
part of this screen I can get access to is the 'back' button.

  Subject: [blindipod] a few questions

hi. i have just had an i-pod for christmas. i haven't got it up and running
as yet it's the i-pod shuffle 512 gig model. i'm a bit puzzled as it doesn't
seem to have any connecting cables in the package, just the i-pod, earphones
and carrying strap to put round your neck. plus of course loads of
documentation. is it usual for these devices to come minus USB lead? i have
the docking station which was purchased separately.
  tia.
