[birdky] scoters

While doing the Russell County CBC today I saw at least 3 Black and 3 Surf
Scoters at Wolf Creek Dam, Russell County. One of the Surfs was a pretty
adult male. There were at least two and most likely 6 scoters not identified
(4 birds in the heat shimmers looked like scoters).
