8AM to 11AM
44º Very low overcast, pervasive light fog/occasional light drizzle/
occasional light rain, finally heavy rain at 10:30.
Highlights:
Hardy Slough: a few Mallards
Wood Tract:
Tundra Swans: 37 south of 268 at 8AM, at 10:30: 37 north of 268
1 Pintail and the rest were the usual suspects
Cape Hills Unit: Rusty Blackbird, E. Towhees, Brown Creeper
The hunters were doing pretty good listening to the shot-gun blasts.
