While not a lot of birds, but an interesting day.

The highlight was watching a Cooper's Hawk catch a Goldfinch off the  
feeder and take it to a nearby tree where I watched it for almost 30  
minutes while it plucked the feathers and ate the bird.  Beautiful  
adult male.  It was about 50 ft from my window.
Also a red-bellied nuthatch.
