34º overcast with occasional light rain, later overcast rising to 43º

Sloughs WMA: Wood Tract, Anderson Pond, Crenshaw Tract,  Highland  
Creek Unit
Highlights:

Tundra Swans: 52 total counted both north and south of 268 at 7AM
Bald Eagles Imms at Wood Tract early, later a pair of Adults side by  
side at south edge of Wood Tract water
Red-tailed Hawks 3
Red-shouldered Hawk 1
N. Harrier 1
Am. Kestrels 10
Coots
Ring-billed Gulls at Uniontown Dam
Hairy Woodpecker 1
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker 1
Brown Thrasher 1
Ruby-crowned Kinglets 3
Rusty Blackbirds 12
E. Towhee 3
Fox Sparrows 2

I attempted to go below Uniontown Dam on the Ohio, but the water  
below the dam has risen and I could not access the area.
