[birdky] Western Red-tail

While taking a walk in Mount Zion this afternoon I noticed a very dark hawk
circling with the Black Vultures. It was a dark morph Western Red-tailed Hawk a
truly beautiful bird.
Did I miss winter? Yesterday while birding Cedar Creek Lake, Lincoln County we
saw a Question mark and a few Clouded Sulphur butterflies. Birds weren't moving
much, but a Bald Eagle at the lake and a Loggerhead Shrike en route home were
nice.
