[birdky] 95 Turkeys

Observed a total of 95 Turkeys this afternoon in two groups 1500 ft. apart. One
group of 75 and another of 25. They were feeding in a harvested soybean field
on the Green River bottoms Muhlenberg Co., on the north side of old HWY 62 and
on the west side of the Rockport Bridge. This was one large flock of turkeys.
At the Paradise sediment ponds/lakes there were at least 30 Great Blue Herons,
one juvenile black night crown and many gulls which we did not get a good look
at. I know this # of GBH pales compared to what is sometimes below KY Dam, but
is this a large # of Turkeys. A record for me.
