[birdky] Possible error in bird resource?

Does anyone own the DVD called Birds, Birds, Birds?  If you do, can you tell me 
if the second clip of the Pine Warbler feature is in fact a Pine Warbler? Does 
it look more like a Prarie Warbler? 
   
  I know this resource to contain at least one error, just because the very 
exact same photograph is used for two different bird species; not just going by 
the bird, but the limb, leaf and twig, background and everything you can tell 
it is the exact same photo.  If anyone is interested write me and I'll tell you 
which two birds, because I'd have to go back and look at it.
