Finally....a little light, a little time, and a couple of ducks.  Yesterday
I stopped by Camp Ernst Lake to see what was going on.  Here's the results:

3 Male Ringed-neck ducks
1 Pied-billed grebe
2 Gadwall (male and female)
1 Belted Kingfisher
1 Great Blue Heron
Canada Geese
Many mallards....all along the periphery of the lake

As to Blue jays.....one showed up at my feeders this morning.  Normally if I
see them, it's only on the weekend as they come during the day.  The
interesting thing is that there are always lots of Blue jays at Marydale but
I haven't seen or heard them for several weeks.  I check Marydale just about
every morning, lunch time, and after school each day.  They are visibly
gone!!!
