Nine sandhill cranes flying relatively high near Dawson Springs, Hopkins Co. 
yesterday afternoon at about 4:30 pm heading east.

A flock of about 30 Sandhill Cranes just flew overhead (Tues. 11 am) calling as 
they went..heading south. Our first white-throated sparrow appeared here over 
the weekend, and one lone pine siskin.
