[birdky] TN-KY Winter Hummer Update

Updated to reflect yesterday's banding efforts (caught 3/4 of the KY
birds, but I'm still 0 for Bowling Green for the year), and some more
current info on a few of the previously reported birds. Thanks to
Brainard Palmer-Ball, Jr. and Jackie Elmore for helping with the
arrangements in KY.
