I have just heard from a KOS member that an attendant at the Best Western in
Shepherdsville did not know anything about KOS and could not find it in the
Calendar.  If you call and run into this problem, ask for Phyllis Duncan.
She is the manager with whom Hap, Dona Coates, and I have worked and is
knowledgeable.  I regret the problem any problems the member have in
receiving the guaranteed rates.  I will contact the Motel at my earliest
convenience and try to fix the problem.
