[birdky] Open Question Re: State Land Trust

This morning's paper indicated that Fletcher will move money (200m?) from the
state's trust funds into the general fund. Will this affect the non-game
habitat protection fund-the money that is raised through the nature license
plate sales? I hope not, but I fear the worst.
Perhaps Brainard or another state employee can answer this. Thanks,
