There is precious little good news today on the conservation front, as at least
in the U.S. environmental laws and programs are being weakened left and right.
I'm a bit unclear as to whether this wonderful Canadian initiative is still in
the planning stages or whether it is actually materializing? I hope that Jeanne
Hibberd keeps us posted. We need some good news now and then!
