[birdky] BKY: Wayne County CBC

I'll be doing the Wayne County CBC on Wednesday, December 17. I have an area on
the North side of Lake Cumberland which includes parts of Wayne, Pulaski and
Russell Counties that I need covered. There are a few boat ramps with views of
Lake Cumberland one of them at the Cumberland Point Campground and there's a
good overlook off Hwy. 196 South of Jabez. The center of the area is page 68
Block 1-I of the KY Gazetteer. If interested contact me and I'll send a map of
the area.
